Here at Iscoyd we’re particularly fond of holding an Open House event in the month of October. Why might you ask? Well it’s partly because the grounds and gardens are frankly gorgeous at this time of year and we rather like showing them off. Usually we’re imbued with that beautiful golden light at this time of year that makes everything look as if it’s had a particularly flattering filter applied to it. Our last big Open Day was back in May (you can see the recap here!) and due to the number of special events here at Iscoyd we’ve not been able to host another Open House showcase. However on Sunday 13th October that’s all about to change.
If you’re a couple looking for a venue to host your big day or perhaps you know someone who is getting married then please join us on Sunday 13th October for our Open House event here at Iscoyd Park. Come along and meet our wonderful team and book on for a private tour with one of our Fairy Godmothers who will show you around the house and find out more about your plans for your wedding day.
The Open House event is taking place on Sunday 13th October and starts at 1pm all the way through to our last guided tour which will take place at 5pm. There are plenty of slots for you to book on for and the event is completely free.
The Open Day event is available for both newly engaged couples and also those who have already booked their wedding here at Iscoyd to come along, chat to suppliers, share ideas with our Fairy Godmothers and indulge in a canapé or two.
If our previous events are anything to go by, you can be sure of tonnes of inspiration for your wedding day, some delicious food to sample and of course some refreshing beverages in the gardens as you explore. We pride ourselves on building wonderful relationships with lots of wedding suppliers, from videographers to photographers, cake bakers, florists and event stylists many of whom return to Iscoyd time and time again.
We’re very proud to say that we will be joined by a raft of amazing suppliers at our Open Day including wonderful videographers Shutterbox Films and extraordinarily talented photographers Lisa Webb Photography, Nesta Lloyd Photography and Tobiah Tayo Photography. Real life magic makers Red Floral Architecture and Unique Your Wedding will be transforming the house, marquee and Pigeon House with their floral and styling expertise accompanied by top notch prop providers The Word Is Love. We’ll be serenaded by the musical aficionados Jonny Ross Music whilst trying to sneak a treat or two from Boutique Bakery. Paper pretty will also be in attendance courtesy of The Little Paper Shop and we encourage you to have a whole heap of fun with Capture-It Photobooth and strike a pose in the Birdie Camper Van.
As you’ve probably guessed, we’ve become firm friends with so many of the suppliers we’re privileged to meet and work with through the events we host and so we like to invite some of these talented folk to our Open Days as well. This gives you all the opportunity to get to know us but also to meet these fabulous people too and perhaps utilise their services for your special event.
We’d love to invite as many new and booked couples as possible but we do have to limit it to four people per group. You can reserve your slot by following this link. When reserving your slot, please amend the quantity so that we know how many of you are coming! For those of you who haven’t booked with us, we’ll endeavour to stick to your viewing time but may occasionally run over.
We can’t wait to see you there.
