A contestant on Professional MasterChef and representing the central region on The Great British Menu, Jason is a highly talented and passionate chef who has put together a first rate team in the kitchen and taken the food offering at Iscoyd to a new level. He is very approachable and happy to discuss and explore any menu ideas you may be considering.
