There are a range of menus to suit different price points and tastes including delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. If you would like to choose dishes from the different menus or have an entirely bespoke menu, we are happy to create whatever you desire. Our Head Chef is very approachable and happy to discuss and explore any menu ideas you may be considering.
This is one of the most important and memorable meals of your lifetime and it should be exactly as you want. Normally couples choose one menu for their guests though of course all dietary requirements are catered for.
We have a team of hugely talented chefs lead by Head Chef Jason Hodnett who joined us at Iscoyd in June 2021. A contestant on Professional MasterChef and representing the central region on The Great British Menu, Jason is a highly talented and passionate chef who has put together a first rate team in the kitchen and taken the food offering at Iscoyd to a new level.
Our menus are released in January for the year ahead and are divided into Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter seasons. The menus run from March–February and are carefully constructed to create exciting dishes which are brimming with flavour and make the best use of local produce from our carefully selected suppliers.
