We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding our kitchen team! We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to assist our Head Chef – Jason – with the culinary operations at our prestigious 5* wedding and events venue.

A Little Bit About Us

For those of you new to these pages, let us tell you a little bit more about who we are and what we do. Iscoyd Park is a private country house wedding and events venue, touching the borders of North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire.

We host weddings, parties, and celebrations of all types and sizes. We run events, supper clubs, talks and anything that is interesting and a little bit different. Everything we do is fuelled by the passion of the owners (whose family have been here since 1843) and a wonderful team.

Now in our eleventh year of operation, we have won numerous awards and gained a reputation as one of the leading venues in the country.

Whilst weddings are our main focus along with private parties, we  have recently been developing a reputation for our program of in-house entertainments – supper clubs, pop up restaurants, afternoon teas and other ‘one off’ culinary events. Due to the popularity of the events we are now looking to increase the Iscoyd in-house culinary team to support our Head Chef Jason Hodnett.

 

What We’re Looking For…

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and who will be invested in each and every dish that leaves our kitchen; be it beautifully simple or highly complicated. You may be new to the kitchen scene or have a number of years of experience; either way, we would love to hear from you!

The right individual will demonstrate a passion for cooking, and a keen interest in food and a desire to learn. Both full time and part time contracts are available and you’ll be working alongside a small, highly motivated team, with a ‘family feel’.
