In 2016 we shared our story with The Sunday Times who featured us in their Home magazine along with our fellow country home owners from Canvas & Stone.

The two-page feature told the story of how we – Phil & Susie Godsal – inherited a crumbling Iscoyd Park and restored it into a beautiful country home available for private hire for weddings and events.

The restoration has been an ongoing process and we recently opened six new bedrooms each with their own style and linked to the history of Iscoyd Park. For example, The Coach Room tells the story of the original owner, Philip Godsal, who made his fortune selling coaches to rich aristocrats.

We were delighted to be featured alongside our friends who all own beautiful country homes across the UK – together we make up the Canvas & Stone group.
