A Brand New Offering

If you’ve been keeping an eye on our Instagram stories then you may already have seen a sneaky peek of the latest development taking place here at Iscoyd Park. We have been working hard to keep it under our hats but are now very excited to reveal a brand new space that will be an extension of the current Coach House just a short step away from the main house.

Working closely with Suzy Hoodless, the interiors genius responsible for the aesthetic design of much of Iscoyd’s interiors, we are in the process of redesigning and accentuating this light filled space as an addition to Iscoyd’s portfolio of spaces where guests can host truly memorable events. The extension will be a versatile space used for all sorts of events but first and foremost, it’ll be an after-party space for residents.

Residents After Party; A Space Redefined

One of the main drivers for the development of the Coach House was inspired by requests from our couples and their guests for a space where they could continue the party after the main event was over. With this in mind, we have designed a cosy and stylish space where couples can take the remaining guests who want to carry on toasting the happy couple. This ‘after party’ space will accommodate up to 40 guests until the bar, which will be fully manned, closes at 3am. And that’s not all! There will also be the option to add on late night snacks when the attack of the munchies hits! The only thing left to decide is what food you’ll choose!

The new area will be ready this year and we cannot wait to share with you all the before and afters of how this space has evolved into what will be a truly beautiful events space for both weddings and also other celebratory occasions. From christenings to milestone birthday parties and from corporate events to wellness days, we hope that this space will tick all the boxes and blow you away.

COACH HOUSE & COURTYARD HIRE 

The development of this new area also means that we can now add to our current venue hire offerings, providing those couples looking to host a smaller, more intimate event with an exquisite space in which to do so. In short it will be a smaller scale of the unique and special Iscoyd experience without losing any of the magic.

Tailored specifically for intimate weddings, the Coach House and its adjoining courtyard space provides an idyllic setting for smaller celebrations. Accommodating up to fifty guests, hosting your special event in this newly renovated space combines contemporary style with the historic setting of the house and gardens.

What is included in the Courtyard Hire price?

Exclusive use: For events taking place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays for weddings booked within 12 months of your chosen date, we ensure that you will have exclusive use of Iscoyd Park as a whole. This means that when you hire the Coach House and Courtyard, they are yours! You, your family, and your friends will have private use of these beautiful spaces from 12pm on your wedding day until 10am the following morning. The only other people here will be our wonderful team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The Laundry Cottage: Accommodation in the Laundry Cottage is also included in The Coach House and Courtyard Package. This charming cottage is a hop skip and jump away from the main event space and is the perfect bridal prep area for you and your bridal party. Thoughtfully designed with plenty of space in which to prepare for the day ahead, this beautiful setting for you to get ready in comfort on the morning of your wedding; check in from 11.30am and start the celebrations here!

Guest accommodation: We also have 10 further bedrooms available for you and your guests.  Guests are able to pay for their own bedrooms separately using our on-line room booking system once you have allocated them. This means you are in total control of who goes in which room but you don’t have to ask them to pay for their room – we can do that!

How Can I Further Tailor My Event?

If you’re looking to extend the celebrations why not hire our Iscoyd Cottage the night before your big event.

The night before: The Bridal Cottage is a beautiful half-timbered cottage on the edge of the estate which you can take up residence in the night before. Situated at the edge of the park, a few minutes drive from the main house, the Cottage can accommodate up to ten guests in its  four double bedrooms each with its own ensuite. There is also a stunning kitchen and dining room, sitting room with log burning stove and conservatory. The cottage is set within a beautiful and private garden complete with a wood fired hot tub.

There is  a 5th double bedroom next to the house in “the cabin” with its own bathroom and sitting room. This is a truly unique and beautiful place and all nestled within the wider Iscoyd Estate, surrounded by beautiful landscapes in secluded countryside making it a wonderful way to start your celebrations and prepare for the big day.

Further Information On Guest Numbers & Prices

The hire of the Courtyard and Coach House is available for £3,950 and includes exclusive use of Iscoyd Park as a whole. Please note that exclusive use of the Courtyard and Coach House is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays for weddings booked within 12 months of your chosen date.

Exclusive use of the Courtyard and Coach House is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. (Excludes peak months: June, July, August & September) Maximum guest numbers: 50

Fridays and Saturdays and peak months are available to book within a 6-month lead time.

Additional hire of The Iscoyd Bridal Cottage the night before is priced at £1,200.

Please note: Prices do not include the price of the Registrar or the Church; this will be paid to the Registrar or Church directly.
