What made you choose Iscoyd Park for your wedding venue?
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
Our favourite part of our wedding day was, of course, tying the knot! But also spending the day with our family and close friends, it was so special and a day we really won’t forget.
Tell us a little bit about your wedding theme.
Our wedding theme was modern but timeless with a sleek and clean vibe due to a lot of whites in flowers/decor.
The Outfits; Who did you wear? What did your bridal party wear?
My dress was Essence of Australia that I found in a Bridal shop local to me in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. My bridesmaids wore dresses from Six Stories.
The Flowers; Tell us some more about your blooms.
Our flowers were arranged by Sasha from SASSFLOWER who I cannot recommend enough. We had many calls to go over exactly what I had pictured in my head and she had so many great ideas having dressed Iscoyd before. But on the day it took all of our breaths away seeing the arrangements she had made and how she had dressed the rooms so perfectly. They were beyond stunning and more than we could have ever dreamt of! Totally exceeded expectations.
The Photography; Who were your photographers and why did you choose them?
For photography, we had Jessica Raphael photograph our wedding. I found Jessica through Instagram and chose her as her work is exactly what we were looking for – stylish, relaxed and simply timeless. Jessica made us feel so comfortable and felt more like a friend which we really appreciated on an already overwhelming day, she truly was just amazing!
The Evening; Give us the lowdown on entertainment.
Our evening entertainment consisted of a sound system for music and Capture It Photo Booth which was a huge hit with our guests! We had clear blue skies too so we made use of the outside terrace, the lawn games and of course the pizza van! It was super chilled vibes which was exactly what we wanted.
Words of Wedding Wisdom?
Words of wedding wisdom would be, take a second to have a few moments just the two of you throughout the day to take it all in. It really does go by in a flash! And also don’t stress about anything on the morning of, you’ve done enough and it will be the best day of your lives! Wanted to add this in to just say a huge thank you to our suppliers and everyone at Iscoyd. It really was our dream day and can’t thank everyone enough!
