Not only is it such a beautiful venue, we felt like a part of the Iscoyd family from the very start. Nothing was ever too much, and we felt like we had a lot of flexibility to make our day, our own. It was absolutely perfect 🥹
Celebrating our special day with all our favourite people ☺️ we had a smaller guest list as we wanted more of an intimate day. Honestly still can’t get over it, the whole day was incredible and it was everything we wanted and more. I would do it all over again, tomorrow, then day after, the day after that…
We used Wild Floral Design for the bouquets, button holes, table decorations for the wedding breakfast and for our cake. We opted for neutral colours (whites and greens) including Veronicas, Roses, Berries, and Pav Eucalyptus. We loved them! I’ve sent my bouquet off to a company called Pod and Petal to have them pressed into a frame so can’t wait to see them again 😍
For the evening we opted for a wedding singer for our wedding breakfast and then to perform again from 7-8pm when evening guests arrived and we cut our cake. This was followed by a DJ along with the bongos and a saxophone player! Everyone absolutely loved it. We also used Capture It Photobooth to add a bit of fun!
We were very stressed in the few weeks before the wedding with all the planning. It’s very easy to get lost in it all but just remember that it’s your day and it goes SO quickly. Everything we had arranged went to plan (I think… I can’t really remember as it was a massive blur 😂) but the minute I got to the venue, I was so busy, I one, didn’t have time to think about the details and two, there wasn’t much I could do if anything did go wrong! We had amazing suppliers, so choose wisely as they were a huge part of our day and couldn’t have done it without them.
