We live in Essex but I grew up in Shropshire and we love coming back to see my family so we both wanted to get married in the area. We came up for a week and booked viewings at a whole bunch of all different kinds of venues. Iscoyd Park was the last viewing of the week and we were blown away by how beautiful it was and how well we were looked after when we arrived. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and Ffion showed us around the venue. She made us feel so welcome and took time to show us around. It didn’t feel rushed at all. It just so happens to be 5 minutes drive from where I grew up so felt perfect.
There were so many highlights of the day but I think my favourite was coming into the wedding breakfast and seeing all our lovely friends and family here to celebrate us and taking in that moment. We felt so honoured to have everyone there.
Anna Flora created our beautiful wedding flowers using delicate neutral tones of white, pink and nudes using pastel spring florals and incorporating lots of candles.
Our photographer was Lauren Juliette and videographer was Paul at Harvey Films. They both had very similar styles which were so beautiful, romantic and natural. They were incredible at the wedding and made us feel so at ease (we are normally quite awkward in front of a camera) and they worked brilliantly together!
In the evening we had a DJ and saxophone player from Jonny Ross Music who had people up on the dance floor all night. We also had The Instant photobooth which was really fun to have and our guests could have the pictures on their phone straight away. They also sent us all the photos the next day which was great to look through straight away.
