We are delighted to welcome Xa Tollemache, the award-winning Garden Designer to Iscoyd to talk at our next Supper Club.

Xa has been designing gardens since 1996 and learnt her craft by extensively redesigning her own gardens at Helmingham Hall in Suffolk over the last 25 years. The beautiful Helmingham Gardens recently won the Historic Houses Garden of the Year as voted by its visitors. Xa has won a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show for her garden (commissioned by the Evening Standard) and has designed many wonderful gardens in this county, the United States, Scandinavia and Europe. Her style is both classic and contemporary. Despite her enormous experience and fantastic reputation she is both hands on and very practical. “I don’t think of myself as having a particular style”, she says, “But I use the influence of the house, landscape and the lives of the people living there as the start button for the design that will follow.” Xa has helped to design and plant the gardens at iscoyd and continues to help us develop them.

The Supper Club menu has a garden theme and will start with drinks and canapés in the Drawing room and finish with dinner in the Coach House.
